Ginger Salmon

A quick and flavorful main dish recipe which combines the earthiness of fresh ginger with the mildness of the salmon fillet.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2. Place the salmon fillet on a foil-covered baking sheet. 3. Brush olive oil all over the salmon. 4. Sprinkle the grated ginger evenly on top of the salmon. 5. Season with salt and pepper as desired. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until cooked through. 7. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad.
