Steps

5. Meanwhile, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a separate pan and fry the egg to your desired doneness.
6. Serve the garlic and onion potato rice on a plate and top with the fried egg.
7. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired and enjoy!
