
Steps
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the cleaned clams, parsley, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams open up.
- Discard any clams that do not open.
- Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon over the clams.
