Steps
1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.
4. Flip the chicken, add butter, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the pan.
5. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the chicken as it cooks for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
