Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in red bell pepper and pineapple chunks, cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and pineapple mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
