Steps
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the cleaned mussels to the pot and cover with a lid.
5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened up.
6. Discard any mussels that do not open.
7. Stir in the chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
