Steps
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the cleaned mussels to the pot and cover with a lid.
5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the pot occasionally, until the mussels have opened.
6. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
