Garlic Butter Salmon and Shrimp Skillet

A delightful main dish combining tender salmon and succulent shrimp cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfectly balanced with fresh herbs and a hint of lemon for a refreshing finish.

Steps

1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes. 3. Flip the salmon and add shrimp to the skillet. Cook for another 3 minutes until shrimp turn pink and salmon is cooked through. 4. Push the seafood to one side and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. 5. Stir garlic in butter until fragrant, about 1 minute. 6. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and shrimp, then mix everything gently. 7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
