
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the salmon fillet to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Serve the salmon with the garlic butter sauce drizzled on top, alongside the roasted broccoli.
