Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes. 3. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. 4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 5. Add the salmon fillet to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. 6. Serve the salmon with the garlic butter sauce drizzled on top, alongside the roasted broccoli.
