Steps

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 3. Add squid rings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque and slightly golden. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Drizzle lemon juice over the squid and toss to combine. 6. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and remove from heat. 7. Serve immediately with a lemon wedge on the side.
