Steps

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. 4. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. 5. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and stir well. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. 7.
