Steps
1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and stir well.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
7. Serve immediately, alone or with a side of vegetables or rice.
