Steps
1. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
6. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, cook for another 1 minute.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
8. Serve immediately, optionally with a side of steamed vegetables or rice.
