Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Drain the spaghetti, reserving a little pasta water, and add it to the pan with the garlic butter and spinach.
6. Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
