Steps

1. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. 3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Place the steak in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your preference. 5. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. 6. Slice the steak against the grain and serve it with the garlic butter sauce drizzled on top.
