1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove the stems. 3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. 5. Stir in the chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. 6.
