Steps

2. Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in the chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and carefully spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.
7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
