Garlic Ginger Chicken Skewers

These healthy appetizer skewers are packed with flavor from garlic, ginger, and peppers. The chicken is marinated in yogurt to keep it tender and juicy.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, yogurt, salt, and pepper. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, alternating with chunks of red and green bell peppers. 5. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers are slightly charred. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
