Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add sliced onions and cook for another 2 minutes until softened. 4. Push the onions to one side of the pan and add the chicken slices. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. 5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and onions, stirring well to coat everything evenly. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. 8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
