Steps

1. Remove the steak from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. 2. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper. 3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. 4. Add the steak to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. 5.
