Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce with salt and pepper, then brush it over the salmon.
4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the apple-cheese yogurt: In a bowl, combine diced apple, cream cheese, yogurt, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
6. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
7. Serve the salmon topped with the apple-cheese yogurt, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
