Steps

1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side without moving. 4. Flip the chicken, add minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the pan. 5. Add butter and spoon the melted butter with herbs over the chicken as it cooks for another 5-6 minutes until cooked through. 6. Remove from heat, let rest for 2 minutes. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
