- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Wash and dice the potato into small cubes. 3. Mince the garlic cloves. 4. In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated. 5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
