
Steps
- Cut the broccoli into florets and steam them until tender.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the steamed broccoli florets to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the broccoli and continue tossing until the cheese has melted.
