Garlic Shrimp with Broccoli and Spinach

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. 4. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside. 5. In the same pan, add broccoli and carrots. Cook until slightly tender. 6. Add spinach and sauté until wilted. 7. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss everything together. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
