Italian Beef and Cheese Pasta

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the minced garlic and diced onions to the skillet. Sauté until the onions become translucent. 4. Add the sliced beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined. 6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta. Cover the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. 7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
