Mediterranean Grilled Chicken

Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the chicken is coated evenly. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. 5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. 6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 7. Serve the Mediterranean grilled chicken with your choice of sides and enjoy!
