Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3. Add chickpeas and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. 5. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. 7. Serve warm.
