
Steps
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the mixed bell peppers and broccoli florets to the skillet, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the ginger-garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables, tossing well to coat.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
