Steps
1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
2. In a bowl, mix the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
5. Add the mixed bell peppers and broccoli florets to the skillet, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. Pour the ginger-garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables, tossing well to coat.
7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
