Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken slices with ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
5. Drizzle sesame oil and toss to combine.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
