Steps
1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
5. Pour the ginger honey sauce over the chicken in the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken to glaze.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
7. Serve hot with your choice of side.
