Steps

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. In a bowl, mix chopped nuts, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. 3. Pat dry the chicken breast and lightly brush with olive oil. 4. Press the chicken breast into the nut mixture, coating both sides evenly. 5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; sear the chicken for 2 minutes on each side until golden. 6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. 7. Meanwhile, combine honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small saucepan; warm gently to blend flavors. 8. Drizzle the honey glaze over the cooked chicken before serving.
