Ginger Soy Glazed Chicken

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix the grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then place it in the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breast to the skillet. 4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze. 5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing. 6. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top.
