Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add sliced carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Stir in chickpeas, honey (or maple syrup), ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender and glazed.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
