Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. In a small saucepan, combine the grapes, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the grapes break down and the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Place the seasoned chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the grape sauce over it.
