Steps

2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
3. Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously.
4. Place the halved grapes at the bottom of a small oven-safe ramekin.
5. Pour the custard mixture over the grapes, ensuring they are submerged.
6. Place the ramekin in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water to create a water bath.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the custard is set and slightly golden on top.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
