Steps
1. Begin by marinating the lamb in olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, vinegar, salt and pepper. Allow to sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
3. Thread the lamb pieces onto skewers and grill 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
4. Serve right away with your favorite sides, such as tzatziki and a fresh Greek salad!
