Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Brush the cantaloupe slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Grill the cantaloupe slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette. 5.
