Grilled Chicken Salad

This healthy and nutritious salad is perfect for a light dinner.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Place the chicken breast onto a baking sheet and sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken. 3. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. When finished set aside. 4. Remove the leaves from the lettuce head and wash. Dry the lettuce leaves and place into a medium-size bowl. 5. Chop the grilled chicken breast into cubes and add to the bowl of lettuce. 6. Slice the avocado into cubes and add to the bowl. 7. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice onto the lettuce mixture. Then mix until all the ingredients are evenly coated. 8. Serve your salad and enjoy!

Ingredients for 1 Person: 1 romaine lettuce, 1 grilled chicken breast (cooked), 1/2 avocado, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, squeezes of lemon, salt and pepper (to taste)
