
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the chicken breast onto a baking sheet and sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. When finished set aside.
- Remove the leaves from the lettuce head and wash. Dry the lettuce leaves and place into a medium-size bowl.
- Chop the grilled chicken breast into cubes and add to the bowl of lettuce.
- Slice the avocado into cubes and add to the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice onto the lettuce mixture. Then mix until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Serve your salad and enjoy!

- Ingredients for 1 Person: 1 romaine lettuce, 1 grilled chicken breast (cooked), 1/2 avocado, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, squeezes of lemon, salt and pepper (to taste)
