Lebanese Vegetable Salad

This delicious and vegetarian Lebanese vegetable salad is the perfect side-dish for any occasion. Filled with crunchy carrots, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes, it will add a great burst of flavour to your meal.

Steps

1. Grate the carrot and shred the lettuce into a large bowl. 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac and salt until blended. 4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix until vegetables are lightly coated. 5. Serve cold.
