Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
4. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
5. Cut the kernels off the cob and transfer to a mixing bowl.
6. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
7. Toss everything together until well combined.
8. Serve the grilled corn salad chilled or at room temperature.
