Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 15 minutes. 4. Place the marinated salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. 6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
