Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. With kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of the lobster tail, stopping at the base of the tail. Gently lift the shell and loosen the meat without detaching it.
3. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Spread the herb butter mixture evenly over the exposed meat of the lobster tail.
5. Place the lobster tail on the grill, shell side down. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
6. Remove the lobster tail from the grill and serve hot with additional herb butter on the side.
