Steps

1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to create the herb sauce. 3. Brush the mackerel fillet with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. 4. Place the mackerel on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. 5.
