Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
3. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and let them cool slightly before slicing.
