Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
2. Brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil and place them, cut side down, on the grill. Grill them until the cut side is lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
3. Flip the peaches over and grill on the other side for 1 additional minute.
4. In a large bowl, combine the grilled peach halves, tomatoes, celery, red onion, and feta cheese crumbles. Add the balsamic vinegar and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
