Steps

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. 3. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and a little water to achieve desired consistency. 4. In a bowl, combine the boiled egg (sliced), julienned carrot, sliced cucumber, and boiled potato. 5. Add the green algae powder to the vegetable mix and toss well. 6. Once the salmon is ready, place it on top of the vegetable mix. 7. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the salad and garnish with fresh cilantro. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious meal!
