1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. 2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 4. Brush the salmon fillet with the olive oil and spice mixture. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. 6. Place the broccolini in a separate baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. 7. Serve the salmon and broccolini together.
