Steps
1. Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place salmon in shallow dish and spread soy sauce mixture over it.
3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
