Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the tuna steak. 3. Place the tuna steak on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. 4.
