Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the tuna steak.
3. Place the tuna steak on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
4. While the tuna is grilling, prepare the lemon herb sauce by combining lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, chopped basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
5. Remove the grilled tuna from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with the lemon herb sauce drizzled on top.
