Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Brush one side of the watermelon slice with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the watermelon on the grill, oiled side down, and grill for about 5 minutes until grill marks appear.
4. Flip the watermelon, brush the other side with olive oil, and grill for another 5 minutes.
5. Remove from the grill and let it cool slightly.
6. Top the grilled watermelon with crumbled feta cheese and fresh mint leaves.
7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve immediately.
