Steps

1. Start by marinating the duck breast in soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. 2. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 4. Add the marinated duck breast to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. 5. Remove the duck from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly. 6. In the same pan, toss the cooked rice noodles with the remaining juices and add chopped green onions. 7. Serve the rice noodles topped with sliced duck, garnished with fresh cilantro.
